Samsung has announced Samsung i550 mobile phone which is a Candybar style Triband GSM and 3G capable mobile phone which features 256K colors display, integrated 3.15 Megapixel camera with video recording, microSD memory slot, GPRS, EDGE, 3G HSDPA, BUilt-in GPS receiver and MP3 Media Player plus FM Radio.
The Samsung i550 is tri-band GSM 900 / GSM 1800 / GSM 1900 network ready and offers 3G functionality over HDSPA 2100 network. The i550 is equipped with large 2.3-inch 265K colors capable, QVGA TFT screen having 240 x 320 pixels screen resolution. The screen allows up to 11 text lines with 4 lines reserved for service needs.
The new Samsung i550 mobile phone sports touch sensitive keys that allows access to all the features of the handset in easy and effortless manner.
