It is hard to differentiate the Viewty and Prada look wise. Both lg phones look similar as they are given the same design. However, the LG Viewty is a little larger and heavier as compared to the LG Prada.
The Viewty has dimensions of 103.5 x 54.4 x 14.8 mm and weighs 112g whereas the LG Prada boasts of 98.8 x 54 x 12 mm dimensions and weighs only 85g. The resolution of TFT display screen is kept the same for the phones as they have a standard 240 x 400 pixels resolution. So, wallpapers, images and games that are downloaded can be viewed on the screen with the utmost clarity.Ringtones can also be downloaded and stored in the memory of the handsets. However, the major difference lies in the cameras.
The LG Viewty is equipped with a 5 MP camera that is capable of auto-focus and recording videos. On the other hand the LG Prada has a 2MP camera that gives a resolution of 1600×1200 pixels. But, this does not mean that the Prada would give bad quality pictures. I personally have seen people using the phone to click pictures. Certainly they would not have used it if the picture quality would have been low. But, obviously the LG Viewty generates a lot of confidence as far as the camera is concerned.
The other features remain the same with the handsets except the battery and memory of the sets. The LG Prada gives a battery standby of 300h and talk time of 3 h whereas the Viewty gives a standby of 430 h and a talk time of 4 h. Moreover, the Viewty has 100 MB shared memory and Prada is supported with 8MB memory and a 256MB card.
